In these sessions, you will be guided on a journey where you can use the energy of breath, sound and objects to take a deep dive into your own story, identifying dense energies and where they live in the body, and activate your own voice to release dense energies up and out of your body.
Every woman and her story are unique and as such, the journey will be different for each individual. Zina uses stones and other objects of nature, music, sonic vibrations, sound healing instruments, and her own voice to facilitate your activation and release.
